Who is Beau?<\/h3>\t\t\t

Beau J\u00e1gr Sheldon (they\/he) is a disabled, queer, genderfluid nonbinary masculine person who works in design & education.<\/a> They are a tabletop<\/a>\u00a0roleplaying game<\/a> designer<\/a>, writer<\/a>, and leadership educator<\/a>. They design mechanics, write flavor and instruction, and do layout and logo work. Their photography is artistic and captures emotion.<\/a> They help take your passions for your work and help you translate them into a mission, values, codes of ethics, and a brand identity.<\/p>\n

Thoughty helps them support the games community, discuss theory and design, and release games to their patrons through Ko-Fi<\/a>\u00a0and the Thoughty Discord. They continue their work at Leading with Class<\/a>, where they use their graduate education to teach leadership through games.\u00a0 They’re well known for their content, consent, and safety toolbox Script Change.<\/a><\/p>\n
