Thoughty focuses on interviews that center the individual creator and promoting marginalized voices, and recently changed the format of our interviews. I do not do reviews, but will interview about projects in any stage of the project where you can produce project images and enough discussion for 6-8 conversational questions with answers approximating at least one paragraph, typically fewer than three.<\/p>\n
Thoughty is no longer accepting regular requests for interviews, but may occasionally perform interviews if I find something particularly interesting to interview about or a good cause to promote.<\/p>\n
All Thoughty interviews are conducted via email unless I request a different format. I can refuse an interview for any reason including my Policy on Perpetrators of Harm<\/a>. All opinions stated in interviews are the opinions of the interviewees and do not directly reflect my opinions.\u00a0<\/b>Minimal editing for typos is done for interviews and adjustments are limited to maintain the voice of the creators. I’m located in Pittsburgh, but willing to travel worldwide so long as there is funding for guests that covers attendance fee, hotel, and travel at least partially. I can discuss a variety of subjects including safety in games, tabletop and larp design, nonbinary & queer representation, disability in games, setting design, creating your own games from business to creative application, and leadership (I have a graduate degree in Leadership) – including Leading with Class<\/a> workshops!
