Road Trip Kebabs<\/b><\/o:p><\/div>\n

<\/b><\/div>\n
Beef, roughly cubed to 1\u201dx 1\u201dx 2\u201d pieces<\/o:p><\/div>\n
Chicken, roughly cubed to 1\u201dx 1\u201dx 2\u201d pieces<\/o:p><\/div>\n
Sweet onions, sliced<\/o:p><\/div>\n
Sweet peppers, sliced<\/o:p><\/div>\n
Salt <\/o:p><\/div>\n
Pepper<\/o:p><\/div>\n
Garlic<\/o:p><\/div>\n
Paprika<\/o:p><\/div>\n
Brown mustard<\/o:p><\/div>\n
Skewers<\/o:p><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Cut meat, chicken, vegetables, and thread onto skewers. You can do all one meat on each skewer, or mix it up. Grill until cooked to your preference of done-ness, but make sure the chicken is at least 165\u00b0 F or there\u2019s no pink left. Season while it\u2019s still hot, right off the grill. Use mustard as a dipping sauce! Great hot or cold. <\/o:p><\/div>\n
