I require a 25-50% up front payment for all projects to help keep the lights on, unless otherwise negotiated.
Hourly and Flat Rates
Consulting (Leadership, Sensitivity, Design, etc.): $40.00 USD/hour.
Per-Word Work: $0.10 USD/word.
Player Streaming, 4-hours: $80.00 USD flat rate.
Facilitator Streaming, 4 hours: $160.00 USD flat rate.
Panels, Speaking, Facilitating Events: $200.00 USD flat rate, and the inclusion of room, board, and travel assistance.
Editing
Proofreading: $0.01 USD – $0.02 USD/word.
Basic Copyediting: $0.02 USD/word – $0.03 USD.
Heavy Copyediting/Line Editing: $0.04 USD/word – $0.05 USD.
Translated/Non-Native Language Charge: $0.01 USD/word.
Layout & Branding
Layout and branding are assessed based on the particular job, but I have a base rate of $30/hour for large layout projects.
Photography
Starting rates are $200/3 hour session.
Note: Boudoir shoots require an additional consent form and safety agreement.

Starting a business? Let’s do a business development session! For ~$350* I’ll come to help you set up a WordPress site (or similar site-builder website) including developing your business’s mission and vision, about you and your services pages, and even support with photography and text editing in a six hour session. If you need to go from conception to reality, or just refinement of your big dreams, contact me and we’ll make it happen!
